Logistics
On Sept. 29 (Tues.) 11:15 a.m. – Guests will gather inside the door that’s down the ramp at the back of the building at 210 Aberdeen Rd. and be greeted by Recruitment Co-ordinator Peter Himmelman. Peter will lead guests to a small Board room, where Dean Whalen, our President will say hello and introduce Executive Director Daron Lantz. Then Daron will take guests on a short tour of the office before showing one of our accessible vans.

At approximately noon, the party heads to the Medical Arts Centre for the meet and greet lunch. We expect lunch will wind down by around 1:15 pm but the room is booked until 2 pm to allow for any long conversations.
